Getting There
This event is being held at Quiet Waters Park in Annapolis, MD.
The park’s address is 600 Quiet Waters Park Rd, Annapolis, MD 21403, and full directions to it are available here.
There will be plenty of FREE parking, including handicapped parking, on site for all participants and attendees.
What to expect when you arrive?
Upon arrival, you should make your way to the registration and check-in area. Registration and check-in will open at 8:00 am. If you registered online, you can proceed directly to check-in. If you have not yet registered, you can do so at the registration table. We accept checks and cash, so please plan accordingly.
Should you have questions about your registration status, please email events@skincancer.org. Remember: a registration is separate from a donation, so make sure you're registered!
Donations can be made or turned in at the event. Checks should be made payable to The Skin Cancer Foundation, with “SASC 2020” in the memo/notes.
Opening remarks will begin at approximately 8:45 am, so be sure to arrive early to hear our opening speakers share their stories!
Post-Race Party & Awards
The post-race party will include music, giveaways, and food and beverages from local vendors, located in our Vendor Village.
Awards will be presented to the top three fundraisers and team captains of the top three fundraising teams.
The top competitive runners overall and in each age group will also receive awards.
Stick around after the event to find out whether there is a prize waiting for you!
There will also be post-race complimentary spot skin checks done by the staff of Anne Arundel Dermatology.
Pets & Strollers
We love our furry friends, please feel free to bring them and take advantage of the very pet-friendly park before, during, or after the race. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times and please pick up after them.
As for strollers, they will be permitted throughout the entire course and, since children under 10 have no registration fee, we hope to see many on the course! However, we ask that all children under 10 pre-register with an adult registration.
